Warranty Policy

At Addicted to Beauty, all electrical devices are covered by a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase, unless an extended manufacturer’s warranty applies. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Please note that it does not cover damage caused by improper handling, misuse, lack of maintenance, or any physical damage occurring after purchase.*

If your device purchased through our online store is defective, simply click on the following link: Contact Us – Addicted to Beauty to reach our customer service team. You will find all the necessary instructions to return the device to our warehouse and obtain an exchange or a refund.

* The original proof of purchase is required, and the defect must be approved by authorized personnel.

If one of your products unfortunately arrives damaged (due to a manufacturing defect or during shipping), you have 5 days from the date of delivery to notify us. Simply email us at info@addictedtobeauty.com. It is important to inspect your products upon receipt. To speed up the process, feel free to include photos of the damaged product.
