Shipping Policy

At Addicted to Beauty, we place great importance on the speed and care of order processing. Once your order is confirmed, we are committed to preparing your package within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that this timeframe may be extended for various reasons, including:

  • Carriers (Nationex, Purolator, Canpar, etc.) may experience additional delivery delays due to high demand;
  • During peak periods such as Black Friday, the holiday season, or other promotional events.

That said, rest assured that we do everything possible to ensure your package reaches you as quickly as possible.

If a customer provides an incorrect address (for example, a missing apartment number) and the package is returned to the Addicted to Beauty shipping center, reshipping fees will be at the customer’s expense. If a package is delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Addicted to Beauty cannot be held responsible. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is accurate.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number so you can follow your delivery during transit.

All orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays.*
