Satisfaction Policy
If you are not satisfied with your flat iron, curling iron, or hair dryer, you have seven (7) days to return your device for an exchange or a refund issued as a gift card. The tool and its packaging must be in perfect condition. You must have your receipt, the box, and all accessories. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet our conditions.*

in order to receive instructions for returning the device to our warehouse. Shipping fees will be at your expense.
* Exceptions: heated brushes, hot air brushes, Steam Styler, SteamPod, Steam Styler, as well as any device requiring the use of a liquid, cannot be exchanged or refunded, as all of these items are considered final sale for hygiene reasons.
Our promotional codes cannot be applied to previous purchases or to discounted products. You cannot combine two promotional codes within the same order.
Addicted to Beauty reserves the right to correct any inaccurate price or description, as well as to cancel or refuse an order for items containing a pricing or description error. Such corrections may be made after an order has been accepted. The price of each product is determined based on its size or format, and not on the image displayed.
Addicted to Beauty cannot be held responsible for any damage of any kind resulting from improper use of products, hair color, accessories, or tools. Furthermore, as we do not know our customers’ hair history or prior treatments, we cannot guarantee the desired results.

Addicted to Beauty cannot be held responsible if a customer does not like products purchased online. As each individual may react differently to a product due to various factors beyond our control, we cannot guarantee customer satisfaction. However, feel free to contact us through our various channels for personalized advice.
As Addicted to Beauty frequently offers surprise promotions, no retroactive refunds will be issued for a product purchased at regular price that is later discounted.
